How To Fix Invalid SIM on Itel it2160 Feature Phone.
Now, as I have said earlier above, this procedure will involve the use of a computer. If you don’t have a computer, then, unfortunately, this article will not help you. But still, if you really want to learn how to repair IMEI on Itel it2160 feature phone and fix Invalid SIM problem, then you can borrow a computer or laptop from a friend. Anyway, the procedure is simple and straight forward. Let us see some of the requirements you will need to have:
Requirements
- Windows computer or laptop
- Miracle box ver 2.58 and above
- USB data cable
- IMEI numbers to write
Procedure on How To Repair IMEI on Itel2160
Now, having the above items as listed under the requirements, kindly, keenly follow the following simple steps on how to repair IMEI on Itel it2160 feature phone and fix Invalid SIM problem. It should be simple and straight forward but finally, it will help you fix your problem. Step 1
Launch Miracle Box on your computer. You need to have a higher version, at least version 2.58, and higher. But if you have a lower version but can work fine, well, then you can go ahead and use it. If you don’t have the tool, you can contact me to get one. After launching Miracle box, The repair IMEI buttons are always hidden because it is against the policies of many countries to alter or change IMEI numbers on mobile phones. To activate the IMEI button to appear, hold both the “trl” and “M” buttons (ctrl+M).
Step 2
After you have completed the above step, now proceed. After you have activated the IMEI repair buttons, now click on the “Switched On” option, the second one of the two IMEI repair options. Immediately, IMEI input fields will appear. Manually key in the 15 IMEI number digits in IMEI 1 and IMEI 2 fields as shown below.
Step 3
After completing step 2 above, it’s time now to write your IMEI numbers. And just to reiterate on the above step, I know you might be wondering where to find the IMEI numbers you want to write. If the phone is well kept, then just remove the battery and under the battery, you will find a sticker showing the phone model and the IMEI numbers. Just use those ones. If they are not there because the sticker was removed or worn out, Just auto-generate new IMEI numbers. Now, after you have entered the new IMEI numbers, Click on the START button. Now, switch on the phone. After the phone is on and on standby, connect it to the computer using the USB data cable. The USB options will appear on the phone. Select the “COM PORT” option.
As soon as you select that option, hold your phone still. Miracle box will successfully write your IMEI numbers as shown in the screenshot above.

Step 4
Finally, after writing is done and you see the IMEI numbers displayed in the Miracle box logs, disconnect your phone from the computer, switch it off. Power it on again. Confirm whether your IMEI numbers have been correctly repaired. To confirm, dial *#06#.
Conclusion.
IMEI repair will fix the INVALID SIM or network issues based on the missing IMEI. But you need to know that changing the IMEI number is not allowed and it is against the law.
