How To Enable IMEI Repair Option On CM2 SPD
Now, you must have realized that if it is your first time to repair IMEI on CM2, particularly if you are new to CM2 dongle, you will realize that there is no IMEI repair option. Usually, this option is hidden because changing IMEI is illegal in most countries.
But because there are moments where it is key to repair IMEI, you will find it really necessary to do so using your CM2 dongle. For instance, you have done a full format, and wrote a new ROM on your phone and in the process you erased your IMEI numbers. This means you will have to repair them back because without them, your Smartphone will not have network. So, let us look at you how to enable IMEI option on CM2 SPD module
How To Enable Hidden IMEI Option On CM2SP2 Module
Now, as I had mentioned earlier, you should note that IMEI changing on mobile phone is illegal and if you are caught, it might land you in big trouble. Now guys, let us start of and see how we can enable hidden IMEI option on CM2 SPD module.
Step 1
Now, this procedure obviously will require that you have the CM2 dongle. If at any chance you have something resembling cm2 crack, then just forget about it. So to start, insert your CM2 dongle to your PC. Launch the cm2SPD2 module. Wait until it fully loads. Go to the “service” tab. Notice that there is no IMEI option there.
It is supposed to show up there.
Step 2
Now, close the CM2SP2 module loader. Now, download this little file known as “UK OFF” from this link on your computer. Save it in a new folder. You will notice that the file is 0bytes. Don’t worry. It is just right. Don’t delete it. Now, if your antivirus is on, kindly turn it off.

Step 3
Now, after you have completed the process in step 2 above, now close that folder. Then now, ones again go to the cm2SPD shortcut on your desktop, right click on it and select the “Open file location” option. This will open a folder on disc C where you installed your CM2SP2 setup. Now, go back to where you saved your “UK off” file. Copy it and paste it in the CM2SP2 installation folder
Step 4
Now, after you have copied the “UK off” file in the cm2sp2 installation folder, now, close the folder and launch the cm2sp2 shortcut from the desktop shortcut. Alrather, you can run it from the cm2sp2 folder. Wait until Cm2SP2 loads. CM2 users already know this might take some moments. After it opens, now go to the service tab. And that is it! You will see the IMEI options now is enabled.
