It might be a problem from one among the files. But one thing I am really sure of, is that this problem can be fixed and that is exactly what I am going to do. To fix GSM Aladdin Registry error (Win error code:02), let us follow the simple steps bellow.
Step 1
The first thing you need to do is to download the spl port file. You can download GSM Aladdin SPL port file here. It is just a small zip file of about 12Mbs in size. Click on the download link I have provided to download this zip file. Remember this file can be installed on both 32 bit and 64-bit computer,
Step 2
Step two, after you have downloaded SPL port zip file, move it to another folder, you can just create another folder and move it in. extract this zip file using WinRAR or 7zip or any other software you have to extract it.
Step 3
Now, after you have extracted SPL port zip file, now double click on the file to begin installation. I can not be able to show every screenshot, but I believe being computer literate, (which I believe you are) you can easily follow the installation process to the end.
If prompted to select the destination folder like in the case of the screenshot above, You can choose any of the two choices depending on which one suits you. Then click “NEXT” button to proceed.
Step 4
Now at this step, after you have chosen the destination folder as mentioned in step 3 above, just let the installation run and don’t interrupt with the installation. It should just take a few moments.
After installation is done, that is it. You don’t have to open this program to run it. It doesn’t require opening. The moment it is installed, it should be able to fix GSM Aladdin Registry error (win error code:02) problem
Step 5
Now, having installed SPL port file or BlackBerry Desktop Software, the work is now done. Go back to GSM Aladdin, run it as administrator. Click the “CONNECT” Button and hurrah!!!! GSM Aladdin Registry error (win error code:02) problem is now solved. Check the screenshot below.
