Unfortunately, I have no pictures on it but it boots with the Tecno logo, then on the backside, it has a fake fingerprint sensor and 3 cameras on the left side of the back. It’s a dual SIM and operates on MTK 6572 Chipset. If you read the phone’s info on Miracle Box, you will get “[HYNIX] H9DA4GH4JJAMCR_4EM” Instead of Tecno Spark 5 Mini. The problem is to find the firmware to flash because it’s not available only though, I have it on my computer. So I am going to show you how to fix Tecno Spark 5 mini clone stuck on Android Robot.

As I have mentioned earlier on in the article is this, this phone is a clone phone, there is no known firmware for it to fix this error. I have it on my laptop but by the time of this article, I have not uploaded it. But to fix this issue, there is only one way which is why I am going to teach you to show you how to fix Tecno Spark 5 mini clone stuck on Android Robot.

Perform a hard reset
When your phone is stuck on boot mode or the Android logo, it means there is a problem with the phone’s software. The simpler way to solve this problem is to do a hard reset. To do a hard reset, hold the power button and the volume up key. When the logo appears, release the power key. When the Android logo appears, of which in some cases it doesn’t appear, hold the power key and press the volume up ones. The recovery menu will appear. Scroll up and down with volume up and volume down keys to navigate to the Factory reset/wipe Data option. Use the power key to select. In some cases, the volume down key is used. But for Tecno Spark 5Mini Clone, use the power key. If this method doesn’t work, then you will have to move to the next method.
How to fix Tecno Spark 5 mini clone stuck on Android Robot. NCK Dongle MTK version
Now, for you to fix Tecno Spark 5 mini clone stuck on Android Robot, you will be required to use a Windows computer. This is if the first method has proven futile. You will need to have the NCK Dongle MTK version. Miracle Box tool is good but in the case of this phone, it won’t work because this phone’s flash type is not EMMC, but it is NAND flash. Miracle box doesn’t do well with NAND flash types. NCK works well for both NAND and EMMC. So you need to have the NCK Dongle MTK version. Step 1
The first step on how to fix Tecno Spark 5 mini clone stuck on Android Robot is to launch your NCK Dongle MTK version. In this article, I am using NCK Dongle version 2.5.6.2. If you don’t have, download and launch the NCK Dongle MTK version on your Windows PC. Make sure your Antivirus is disabled.
Step 2
Now, having launched NCK Dongle MTK version, on the dashboard, click on the drop-down arrows under Flash type and select MT6572 NAND. This is because this phone’s flash type is NAND flash and not EMMC as I mentioned earlier. After that, upon the dashboard, click on the SERVICE button.
Step 3
Now, under SERVICES, on the Dashboard, go to FORMAT OPTION. Under the format option, there are three options you can choose from. Select FORMAT ALL EXCEPT BOOTLOADER. Click on the EXECUTE button just below it to format your phone’s NAND flash. Remember this option will wipe your entire phone and remove everything. So I hope if you are clever enough, you must have backed up your Data.
Step 4
Now, remove the battery from your phone and place it back. Or rather, you can simply just power off your phone. Connect your phone on the computer using your USB data cable.
NCK will detect your Tecno Spark 5 mini and erase or format it. After completion, disconnect your phone from your computer and power it up. It should power up and boot up correctly. That is how to fix Tecno Spark 5 mini clone stuck on Android Robot. If still nothing happens, then you will need to flash a firmware.
