Method on How to Fix Fastboot mode on Itel A14S Smartphone
Now, if you have performed a hard reset and you are still encountering this problem, then Iam here to help you fix your problem. First, I have to tell you that this is a software issue. What you need to do is to flash itel A14S Stock firmware on your phone. This will help and fix your problem. Now, before we proceed on how to fix fastboot mode issue on itel A14S smartphone, there are a number of things you will be required to have.
Requirements to flash itel A14S smartphone stuck on fastboot mode.
Here are some of the requirements you will need to have.
- Windows computer
- Itel A14S Stock factory firmware
- Research Download tool.
- USB Data cable

How to Flash Itel A14S Smartphone
Step 1
Hoping you have all the listed requirements, Download itel A14S stock firmware and extract it on your windows computer. Usually it is a RAR file or a zip File. Extract the zip file using WINRAR or 7 ZIP software. Inside, you will see the itel A14S pac file and the research download tool.
Step 2
At this point, you need to open the tool that you will flash this file with. Usually for SPD smartphones, the flashing tool is Research download tool or SPD flash tool. Try to launch the Research download tool that comes with the firmware file. If the tool doesn’t launch, then try to launch another different version.
Step 3
Now, it is time to load the firmware file on the research download tool. To do so, click on the gear cog just above the “PORT” tab. Navigate to the itel A14S stock firmware folder and select the itel A14S pac file.
Click on the ‘OPEN’ to load the pac file on Research Download tool.
Step 4
After the firmware file is loaded successfully, it is now the time to flash the itel A14S stock firmware to fix fastboot issue on itel A14S smartphone. To do so, switch of your phone. Or you can simply remove the battery and place it back. On Research download tool, click on the play button. The third button from the left. On the phone, hold the volume down button, connect your phone to the computer via USB Data cable. After you here the connection sound, Research download tool will start flashing your file on your phone. Put the phone on a stable surface and let flashing run until you see ‘PASSED’ displayed on research Download tool.
Step 5
Now, flashing is done. Disconnect your itel A14S from the USB cable, disconnect the battery from the phone and place it back. Power on the phone using the power key. Wait for the phone to boot up. Complete the start up settings and you will now be able to use your phone freely. That is how to fix itel A14S stuck on fastboot mode.
