Step 1
Download XTM Avengers 1.8 tool on your PC. Unfortunately I haven’t shared the download link to this tool since I haven’t uploaded it yet. But you can search for it online and download it for free. Extract its zip file, open the extracted folder and install it on your PC. If you already have it, then skip to step 2.

Now, run XTM avengers 1.8 tool that you have already installed it in step 1 above. Now on the XTM avengers interface, click on the “Enter Diag” tab as shown in the screen shot below.

Now, power off your phone. Or you can simply remove the battery and place it back inside the phone. Connect your phone to your computer using USB Data cable. dont hold any keys. The phone will enter diag mode. Click on the “Factory Reset” tab. The phone will power up and start doing a factory reset. Wait until it is done and then the phone will reboot.
