Usually, resetting RDA feature phones and removing security locks is usually simple if you have a computer. I don’t have a way of using combination of keys to reset these phones so usually I do use my computer. If you have various software like GPG dragon, Miracle box crack, and GSM Aladdin, you can still reset RDA based button phones. But the challenge is, there have come brands of RDA CPUs that those tools I have mentioned above cannot just reset these phones. I have tried severally with miracle and GSM Aladdin but to no success. This is why it is important to have CM2 dongle. If you have CM2 dongle, then we are going to look at how to erase factory reset RDA feature phones using CM2.
How To Format And Erase Phone Lock On RDA Feature Phones Using CM2
Now, if you have encountered these RDA feature phones that miracle box crack or other crack software can’t unlock, then it is important that we look at how to erase factory reset RDA feature phones using CM2.
If you don’t have the CM2 dongle, then this article is not going to help you solve your problem. Therefore, it is important that you get your CM2 dongle. Steps On How To Erase/Factory Reset RDA Feature Phones With CM2RDA
Now, carefully follow the steps bellow to learn how to erase factory reset RDA feature phones using CM2.
Step 1
Now, CM2 or infinity dongle supports various modules including MTK, QUALCOMM, SPD and RDA. Each of those has got installers of their own. Now for RDA, you can download the RDA module installer from this infinity link and save the zip file on your PC. Extract the zip file with the default password of 12345678.
Step 2
Insert your Infinity cm2 dongle into your computer. From the folder you extracted your RDA installer I step 1 above, install the CM2RDA module installer. Sometimes you have to disable your antivirus or your antivirus may on several occasions delete the installed file from drive C where your installation is stored.
Step3
On your phone, power it off. Connect it to the computer via USB data cable. When the phone indicates charging, long press the zero (0) button until you see the “Download mode” on the screen indicating that the phone has entered the download mode. Remember RDA feature phones are flashed differently with SPD and MTK phones. Make sure your computer has been installed with RDA drivers. If not, download it online and install them on your PC.
Step4
Now, go to your computer desktop. Locate the CM2RDA installation shortcut created on your desktop. With the CM2 dongle still inserted in your PC, run the CM2RDA software as admin. Wait until it loads and opens.

Step 5
Still on your CM2 RDA module interface, under CPU platform just let it stay at “Auto detect”. Now click on the “service” tab. It is here that we will find our option to format our RDA phone to remove phone lock or any other security lock. Kindly remember to also check my other article on unlock security code on itel it5081
Step 6
Finally, it is now time to format our RDA feature phone. Still with our phone connected to PC in download mode, on CM2RDA module interface still under “service”, click on “Format FS” with the “Smart Format” option checked.
Now, cm2 will detect your RDA phone, and it will safe format it. Wait until it is done.
After it is done, disconnect your phone from the computer, remove the battery and place it back because the phone is still in download mode. Power it up and your phone will be able to work well without any security lock.
